How Do I Contact Account Support / Technical Support?
If you are a current MIDITECH client and you need support or assistance please visit our Account Support Desk or email http://miditech.com/tt .
My web site is not working or my old web site still shows when I use my domain name. What is wrong?
If you signed up for an account within the past 48-72 hours then the likely problem is that your domain transfer is not yet completed. If you do a whois at the registrar and it points to our servers but you still cannot access the site then it is probably a Propagation issue and will resolve itself once your domain name propagates to dial up providers around the world. If you cannot access your domain/web site after 48 hours feel free to contact us to make sure your account has no problems and we are happy to assist you. Email http://miditech.com/tt.

Why am I emailed warning about approaching, reaching or going over my email storage resource? How can I avoid this?
This usually happens for webmail users who do not download emails with an email client (such as outlook express). Log in to webmail, click “options” and then click “maintenance” to setup automatic cleanup of your emails. That will help. You can also increase your disk space for email accounts within your control panel, up to your maximum included disk space limits.
Do you warn customers BEFORE they reach their resource limits of web storage, email storage and bandwidth?
Yes. In order to avoid “surprise” charges to our customers for overage fees we automatically email warnings customers when they reach 80% of their resources. This allows for you to contact us and pre buy extra resources. Pre buying is less expensive then over the limit fees so it is in your interest to contact us should you receive such a warning email.
What do over the limit fees cost?
This is dependent on the plan you have with us. In your control panel click “billing” and there will be an option displaying costs. For all other costs, contact us at http://miditech.com/tt.
What is the difference between pre bought resources and over the limit resources?
Pre buying resources are less expensive. Overages cost more. As you approach your resource limit, at around 90%, an automatic email is sent to you to warn you about reaching the limit. If you go over your limit, overage charges automatically we be applied to your account. It is in your best interest to contact sales should you receive a warning email.
