Make A Payment To Miditech

Payment Options:

We no longer accept PayPal payments

Any payments sent to our previous paypal email address will not be received by Miditech, even though paypal may deduct the funds sent from your account. Paypal will eventually cancel such payments made as we cannot receive it and they will refund you the payment made but this will take place an "x" number of days, as per PayPal's policy. Please check with paypal for more information.

If you sent us a paypal payment in late November or December and the funds have not been applied to your host account, this may be what has happened. Please contact us at 1.866.528.7800 ext 240 (Mon-Fri 10am-5pm EST) to remedy the billing situation and we will help in this regard by extending the grace period until Paypal returns your money. We apologize for this situation as it seems some customers did not receive our email notice regarding this change in policy.

Pay By Cheque or Money Order

Miditech accepts cheque payments for billing terms of 3 months or more. We do NOT recommend cheque as a payment method unless your account has an annual billing term. This is to avoid website and email interruptions due to your account being overdue. If paying by cheuqe or money order, please pay promptly. Our billing policy applies to both credit card payments and cheque/money order payments.

If paying by cheque or money order:

Email us to notify us once a cheque has been sent.
Please pay promptly: Overdue accounts are subject to our billing policy rules.
Please include your domain name or control panel username on the cheque.
