To have your web host account renew automatically, please:
Step 1: Make sure the Billing Profile information in your host control panel is up-to-date.
- Login to your control panel and then go to Menu "Billing" and then select "Billing Profile" sub menu.
- To make any changes (if required) Click the edit button next "PayPal".
STEP 2: Call us at toll free 1-877-881-7640. We will update your account with the credit card information and automatic renewals will begin.

When your web host account shows a negative balance amount owing, you will be automatically emailed a notification that you need to pay for services rendered or to renew your web host account. From within your host control panel you can pay money on your account at anytime via PayPal. To do so:
- Log in to your host panel, click "Billing" on the top menu.
- Then click "Billing Profile" and scroll down the page to the bottom where you will find the pay by PayPal feature.
- The amount owing will appear as a negative value.
- Click the submit button to pay.
- You can then either pay by credit card WITHOUT a paypal account or login to your existing paypal account to pay if you have one.
Please note: You do not have to be a PayPal member to pay by paypal for purchases under $4000.00 USD. (We only charge in CAD though)
