Make Payment On Your Miditech.com Host Account

With our online billing system, a negative balance is a balance owing. A positive balance is a credit on your account.

As a Miditech Hosted Customer you can either:

Pay the amount due on your current balance owing.
Pre Pay any amount on your account. Amounts above any balance owing will show as a credit on your account and can be used for future purchases or renewals.

Note: If you would rather call in your credit card information please call toll free 1.866.528.7800 ext 221 or 240 (Mon-Fri 10am-5pm EST) We will require your domain name or account number.

You can enter your entire credit card number safely via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

You may pay only the amount of the balance due on your account or you may prepay additional funds on your account at anytime for future transactions. Remember, a negative balance reflects a balance that is due.

	Automatically charge this credit card whenever my account balance owing exceeds $10.00 CAD.

	Process this one time payment. Automatic renewals should be OFF.

Your credit card information may not be processed immediately. It may take up to 48 hours to be processed. We process credit cards during our normal business hours of operation. (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST)

Once the transaction is completed we will credit your account and your online billing statement will contain the payment information. You can then print your invoice billing statement from your host control panel under the "Billing Menu".

Miditech does not mail invoices as they can all be found in your host control panel.

Suspensions: If your account is currently suspended the balance must be paid before we can unsuspend your account. Please call us to pay the balance owing at 1.866.528.7800 ext 240 .

Payments are usually applied within 24-48 hours.

Pay By Cheque or Money Order:

Miditech accepts cheque payments for billing terms of 3 months or more. We do NOT recommend cheque as a payment method unless your account has an annual billing term. This is to avoid website and email interruptions due to your account being overdue. If paying by cheuqe or money order, please pay promptly. Our billing policy applies to both credit card payments and cheque/money order payments.

If paying by cheque or money order:

Email us to notify us once a cheque has been sent.
Please pay promptly: Overdue accounts are subject to our billing policy rules.
Please include your domain name or control panel username on the cheque.
