Each of our dedicated solutions include various management levels from Self managed to Ultra managed. There are four levels to choose from and some solutions include certain levels of management already which is mentioned on the product offering pages.
Our managed dedicated solutions offer you the freedom of choice in the amout of management you would prefer to pay for, based on your experience and level of IT expertise. You can manage your own server, with our team on standby to assist you, or you can use the technical expertise of our technicians to the fullest capacity and let us manage your server for you all day, every day.

If you choose to manage your own server and your server is compromised or hacked, we can not guarantee recovery of the system. Damage to your server may be irriversable. It is important that you choose a management level that matches your ability to manage and operate the server(s).
- Level 4: Mostly Customer Managed
- Level 3: Strengthened security, Semi-Managed
- Level 2: Managed
- Level 1: Highest level of security, full scope management managed
*Admin service rates: $150.00 Per Hour. Billed in fifteen minute increments.
The number of hours denoted is on a per-month basis. This admin service can be used for general maintenance and administration only. Third party software and service integration/repair is billable time.
