| Do you provide backups? |
Retaining backups of your website files, web files and database files is the responsibility of the customer. Miditech does not guarantee data.
We do, of course, do our best to protect you. We backup our servers on a daily basis should a major issue occur with our servers. Please see our Terms and Conditions of Service for more details. |

| Can I move my website from my current host company to your hosting with no downtime? |
Is it possible? Yes.
First, keep you old host account running your website.
Then, signup for a host account with us.
To accomplish this takes some careful planning. Basically you would move all your web files and copy your databases to our servers. Once done you would make a nameservers change at your domain name registrar.
There will be a propogation period, usually from 4 hours to 24 hours where some web visitors will see your old host site and some will see your new host site. After a couple of days have past and you are confident that the change has been fully propogated, you can close your old host.
After 48 hours have past, you can then close your account at the previous hosting company.

| No, we do not allow adult content hosting. In fact, it is strictly against our Terms and Conditions of service. Such sites are shut down without refund. YourHostNetwork.com reserves the right to determine what constitutes the term "adult website". |

| No. If this is your intention go somewhere else. It is strictly against our Terms and Conditions Of Service and we do spread knowledge of known spammers to others as well as possible legal action if warranted. Such accounts are shut down without refund. |

| What happens if I decide to switch to another Web host provider? What happens with our Domain name? |
| When we register your domain name (yourcompany.com), we list YOU as the owner of the domain, the administrative and billing contact. This means you can switch your domain over at any time with no trouble. You do not need to get our approval to switch a domain name. You own the domain name FULLY. We will never hold a person's domain name for ransom as some hosts seem to be doing these days. |

| Is there a cost for pointing a domain to MIDITECH Name Servers? |
| No. There is no cost for doing so. We will assist you at no extra cost. We may need the password for your domain name registrar manager if you want us to make these changes for you. |

| How long does it take to set up a MIDITECH host account? |
| Accounts are setup and ready for use shortly after the Invoice is paid. |

| How often do you backup the data on the servers? |
| Our servers are backed up daily. |

| What is shared hosting with MIDITECH? Does each account have it's own dedicated IP address? |
| MIDITECH host accounts do not receive their own unique IP by default. Dedicated IPs have a monthly cost associated. |

| Does MIDITECH offer dial up or high speed Internet access accounts? |
| No. Internet Service Providers spend their resources on ensuring you have Internet access. Our main focus and resources are spent on ensuring your website remains online, regardless of what happens at your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Also hosting your website outside your ISP services allows you to have an email address that uses YOUR domain name. |

| We offer CentOS Linux on our cloud hosting infrastructure at this time. |

| Does MIDITECH offer support for ASP.NET or Cold Fusion MX? |
| Not at this time. We are solely a Linux based web host. |

| Frontpage has reached End of Life status. We no longer support Front Page Extensions. |

| Can someone access my domain/web site without the "www"? |
| Yes. They can reach your web site by typing yourdomain.com or www.yourdomain.com. |

| Yes. We include AWstats. |

- Our phone technical support is available Mon-Fri, 9am-5PM EST by calling 519.266.3434 . If you should call when we are assisting another customer you may get voice mail. If so, please do leave a message including your domain name.
- Emailing support using our Trouble Ticket system which helps us handle support requests in a timely and traceable manner. We check for support messages between the hours of 9am-10pm EST, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Our advanced network monitoring notifies the admins 24/7 and when a rare major problem affecting customers occurs we usually know before the customer does. We also post an alert on our support website at http://www.mywebhostsupport.com (when possible) so that customers know we are already working on the issue, when possible.
It is rare that a client needs critical support such as web site down or email not working. Our track record is extremely good and our customer retention is very high. Our average monthly uptime is 99.99% We aim for excellence in support. Most support requests are answered within a few hours during our business hours. All support requests are usually handled in 24 to 48 hours via the support site. |

| If you need a more extensive plan than the one you're signed up for, you can easily switch plans or add extra services. All you would need to do is pay the difference. Likewise, if you find you signed up for a more comprehensive plan than you needed, you can downgrade to a more basic plan on your renewal date. Just inform us before your renewal date. |

MIDITECH offers a web design service on a fee basis only. We do not give technical support for Scripts, SEO marketing or database programming, or programming of any kind. We also do not teach any such services to others as that is beyond the scope of our business.

| No, SAFE MODE is OFF on all servers. |

| What is the limit for email storage per email address? |
| All host plans are based on a SUMMARY DISK USEAGE total. Initially accounts are setup with 100MB per email box. However, you can increase the space within your total summary disk usage as you see fit. This is done through the host control panel that comes with your acount and you have access to this 24/7. Our system will email you warning s as you approach the MB of disk space set. |
